We’re two wellness and travel enthusiasts who have always been inspired by cultures that embrace balance, simplicity, and natural living. Our journey with ginger shots began a few years ago, after a trip to Norway that left a lasting impression.

There, we fell in love with the Nordic approach to wellness — from their clean, nourishing foods to their invigorating cold plunges and deep connection to nature. Watching our hosts start each day with a healthy shot and mindful routines made us rethink what it means to fuel the body with intention.

When we returned home, we wanted to capture that same feeling of clarity and vitality in our everyday lives. So we started experimenting in our own kitchen, using organic ingredients to make fresh ginger shots that delivered a fiery kick and a natural boost.

What began as a small ritual quickly grew into something bigger. Friends and family started asking for bottles of “that ginger magic,” and before long, we were making enough to share beyond our home.

With the word Tzveng, we wanted to capture a bit of Natasa’s Slovak heritage. In Slovak, “cveng” means “cling” — the bright, satisfying sound when something just clicks. We hope Tzveng will click with your body as naturally as it does with ours.

Today, we’re proud to serve our community in Somerville and Cambridge — bringing a taste of Nordic-inspired wellness to New England. Every bottle is crafted with care, made from real, organic ingredients, and rooted in the belief that small, simple rituals can make a big difference in how we feel.
